These optional information sessions are for students and their families who want to know more about beginning the Running Start program in the 2024-2025 school year. You’ll hear current Running Start students describe their experiences in the program and learn about eligibility, enrollment steps, placement options, tips for academic planning, and Clark student life and student support resources. There will also be a designated Q&A time at the end of the event. Live captioning in English, and Spanish/Russian interpreters will be available for all event dates.

What is Running Start? The Running Start program allows high school juniors and seniors to earn college credits while completing their high school education—saving students money while advancing their education. Students are able to attend college, at minimal cost, while still living at home as a high school student. You can find more information about Running Start BY CLICKING HERE

FREE Latinx Legal Help & Safety Planning

Join us for the next quarterly LatinX Legal Day, in collaboration with community partners: Latino Community Resource Group, OneAmerica, YWCA Clark County, LULAC SW WA and Pasitos Gigantes.

This is a walk-in event, in which one-stop legal advice in many areas of law is provided by volunteer attorneys.

The event is free.

Spanish interpreters and childcare are available on-site.

It is held in a safe space at YWCA Clark County.
